SignalDesk Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the SignalDesk read-only WhatsApp executive briefing proof of concept, including onboarding, OAuth account connection, and WhatsApp command use.
Acceptance
By accessing or using SignalDesk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. SignalDesk is currently offered as a limited proof of concept and may change, pause, or end as the product is evaluated.
Service
Read-only proof of concept
SignalDesk reads connected inbox and calendar data only to generate briefings, open selected items, and prepare internal suggested replies.
WhatsApp command surface
The service responds to evaluator commands such as BRIEF, OPEN, and DRAFT through the connected WhatsApp workflow.
Account access
You are responsible for the accounts, devices, phone numbers, and credentials you use to access SignalDesk.
Third-party services
Google, Microsoft, Meta, WhatsApp, hosting, database, and other service providers may have their own terms and policies.
SignalDesk does not send emails, create provider-side drafts, modify calendars, or write back to your connected Google or Microsoft accounts as part of this proof of concept.
Eligibility
You may use SignalDesk only if you can enter into a binding agreement and have authority to connect the accounts and data sources you provide. You must not use the service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate onboarding details.
- Keep your connected provider accounts and WhatsApp account secure.
- Review briefings and suggested replies before relying on them.
- Revoke provider access or contact us if you no longer want to use the service.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use SignalDesk to break the law, violate another person rights, or access data you are not authorized to access.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, scan, or compromise the service.
- Do not submit malicious code, abusive content, or misleading identity information.
- Do not use briefings or suggested replies as a substitute for professional, legal, financial, medical, or compliance advice.
Briefings and Suggested Replies
SignalDesk uses connected account data and automated processing to generate summaries, briefing items, and suggested replies. Outputs may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before taking action based on them.
Privacy
Our privacy practices are described in the SignalDesk Privacy Policy. The privacy policy also explains how to request deletion of data associated with your evaluator profile.
Availability and Changes
SignalDesk may be updated, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time, especially while it remains a proof of concept. We may also update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Disclaimers and Liability
SignalDesk is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using SignalDesk at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these terms have been violated, if continued access creates risk, or if the proof of concept ends.
